Terms of Service

Your account

You need an account to use Nuthakr, and you must be at least 13 years old to create one. Keep your login details to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at dev@goco.dev if you think someone else has access to it.

Acceptable use

Don't use Nuthakr to:

• Harass, threaten or impersonate anyone, in a group name, a session tag or anywhere else.
• Fake study time, script the timer, or otherwise manipulate stats, streaks or leaderboards.
• Probe, scrape or overload the service, or try to access accounts and groups that aren't yours.
• Break the law, or infringe someone else's rights.

We may suspend or close accounts that do these things, generally after a warning where circumstances allow.

Groups and content

You keep ownership of the group names, descriptions and tags you create. You grant us the licence needed to store and display that content to the people you share it with — nothing more. Group owners and admins can manage membership, including removing members and deleting the group.

Availability

Nuthakr is provided as-is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we don't warrant that stats, streaks or achievements will be free of error. Features may change or be withdrawn.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Goco is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost study data, arising from your use of Nuthakr. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending things

You can stop using Nuthakr and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing dev@goco.dev. We may end your access if you materially breach these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we'll give notice in the app before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page will change.
